SUGGESTED USE*:
12+ months: Mix 7 g (2 scoops) of HealthyKids with 250 mL of water (or any milk alternatives). Can be used once a day* in milk, smoothies or baking.
HealthyKids was formulated with the vitamin and mineral requirements of 4+ year olds in mind however is completely safe for children from 12+ months. For children who are within this age group, it is best to reduce the dose to once a day due to different vitamin and mineral requirements within different age groups.
4+ years: Mix 7 g (2 scoops) of HealthyKids with 250 mL of water (or a milk alternative). Can be used up to twice a day in milk, smoothies or baking.
