Subscription Terms

These terms apply to any S&J product you buy on a "Subscribe and save" plan at sandj.co. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

What a subscription is

When you choose "Subscribe and save," you agree to receive the same product on a repeating schedule. Depending on the product, delivery is every month or every 3 months. Your first order is charged at checkout, and each renewal is billed once per delivery at the frequency you chose. There is no minimum commitment or end date.

Your subscription savings

Subscription orders get 5% off the regular price. From your 6th order, the discount increases to 10% off. Your first order pays normal shipping, and every renewal after that ships free. Your order summary shows the exact price.

Automatic payments

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically for each renewal at the frequency you chose. These charges continue until you cancel. If a payment fails (for example, a declined card or insufficient funds), we retry the charge once a day for up to 7 days. If it still fails, your subscription stops. You can update your payment details at any time in your account.

Renewal reminders

We email you a reminder a few days before each renewal is charged, so you have time to skip, pause or cancel. Please keep your email address up to date so you get these reminders.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription yourself at any time. Log in at account.sandj.co and open Subscription management. From there you can:

• Skip a delivery
• Pause your subscription
• Change the quantity
• Swap flavors or products (Killa Energy and Kraving Killa subscribers can switch to any flavor of either product)
• Cancel your subscription
• Restart a cancelled subscription

When you cancel, you may see an offer to stay with us. Accepting it is optional, and you can still cancel.

Cancel before your renewal is charged

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel, skip or pause before the renewal is charged. Once a renewal has been charged, that order is processed and shipped like any other order. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not reverse a renewal that has already been charged.

Returns and refunds on renewal orders

Renewal orders follow our standard Refund Policy. Under that policy, supplements cannot be returned, and we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at sharnyandjulius@sharnyandjulius.com. See our full Refund Policy.

Availability

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll let you know or adjust your order.

Changes to prices or terms

We may change product prices, subscription discounts or these terms from time to time. Any change applies to renewals charged after it takes effect. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before a renewal is charged.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship under our standard Shipping Policy.
