Processing and Shipping
Most orders are shipped out the same day you order, but Sharny and Julius are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service and current situation.We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 worldwide along with standard and express options for international orders.
We have the following shipping options available:
- Regular (4-7 days) - fee calculated at checkout (free over $200)
- Express (2-5 days) - fee calculated at checkout
*the above delivery timelines are for U.S. orders only. International shipping times may vary depending on the country.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, kindly reach out to us at sharnyandjulius@sharnyandjulius.com within 60 days from the date of your order. If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, please notify us within 15 days from the delivery date. Please be aware that any claims made after the specified timeframes will be deemed ineligible and, as a result, will be automatically declined. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items or for any errors in the provided delivery address after the package has been marked as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate any claims for missing or stolen items directly with the relevant Postal Carrier or Monkprotect once the items have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
US Orders:
- Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 2-4 days depending on the final destination.
- While most US shipments deliver within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.
- We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment.
- Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/ INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.
UAE orders:
- If ordering into the UAE, please include your PO Box, otherwise the local couriers will NOT deliver your item and it will be returned to us.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as we do not collect these prior to shipment.
- We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
- Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a AED60.00 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
- Please note - due to cost restrictions we cannot split ship international orders. If one or more items on the order is on back-order, they will be shipped out once the order is complete.
- DHL/FedEx deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered.
South Africa:
- Shipments go missing in South Africa, so we've only allowed one shipping type, which is premium express tracked. Please watch your tracking and keep in touch with the delivery service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
- Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as we do not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
- We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
- Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a R300 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
- Please note - due to cost restrictions we cannot split ship international orders. If one or more items on the order is on back-order, they will be shipped out once the order is complete.
- DHL/FedEx deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered.
- Rarely For DHL shipping addresses with a Remote Service Charge, we reserve the right to switch to USPS Priority Mail Express as our carrier. Time frames for delivery are similar to DHL.
India:
- At the current time we do not ship to India due to restrictions.
Rest of the World:
- Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.
