Before you add it to cart

How long does it keep drinks cold?

6–8 hours. The double steel wall stops the heat from your hand and the day getting in.

Can I use it for hot drinks?

Yes. Just don't shake hot liquids, because pressure can build under the lid. Stir hot drinks instead.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Hand wash it with warm, soapy water and use the brush for the straw. It only takes a minute.

Will it leak in my bag?

The lid screws down snug and the spout cap clicks shut. Keep the cap closed and it's made to travel in the gym bag, handbag or car.

Will it hold onto protein smells?

No. The inside is bare stainless steel, which doesn't absorb smells the way plastic does. A rinse after use keeps it fresh.

What's the lid made of?

BPA-free plastic, with a flip-top spout and a carry loop.

How big is it?

500ml (16oz). Enough for one serve of Killa, Nourish or water, without being bulky.
